Senator Taylor moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in            
failing HOUSE BILL NO. 372 "An Act relating to the four dam                    
pool transfer fund" (page 4696).                                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the Senate rescind its previous action in          
failing HOUSE BILL NO. 372?"  The roll was taken with the
